AUTUMN FOREST ENGAGEMENT | RIVANNA TRAIL | KATIE + ALEX

The Rivanna Trail in Virginia is pretty much always stunning, but come fall foliage season it really goes off. Katie and Alex wanted Fall colors for their engagement session and boy did they get them. It was such a blast spending the afternoon wandering through the forest with such a cool couple!

One of the best parts of my job is getting to meet and spend time with couples who are so deeply in love with each other that they’ve vowed to spend the rest of their lives with each other. Katie and Alex absolutely embodied that feeling. Between the inside jokes, constant giggling, and loving glances, these two didn’t need any guidance from me. Their love was so huge and so obvious that they basically did my job for me!

One of the most important things to me when I first meet a new couple is how well we get along. As soon as we met it felt like we’d been friends for ages! This is so important because it leads to instant comfort and genuine laughter. Pretty much the perfect recipe for stunning photos!
